Looks a lot like Gundam VS to me. There seem to be some parts in the trailer showing some combo possibilities between characters. Interesting so far. This needs some JoJo and Hokuto no Ken.

Not very well for a series that Jump is pushing. They've been trying to push it as a top 3 manga for years due to Naruto ending soon and them not having another replacement for it. Due to Oda being friends with the Toriko mangaka, they did a lot of crossovers and cross promotions, pushed it on the covers as well as made an anime for it but so far the sales for the mangas, merchandise and the popularity of the anime isn't as good as the amount of money spent on pushing it. Hunter X Hunter beats it hands down despite not having a chapter release in years.

It seems the new replacement for Naruto will be Assassin Classroom, Nanatsu no Taizai (7 deadly sins) or Shoukugeki no Soma which are burning up the charts right now in terms of manga sales and popularity. Beating Toriko without having jump forcing it to be popular.

Assassination Classroom is huge, that's for sure, but Shougeki no Soma isn't that big, nor is it the type of series that would really "replace" something like Naruto (as in mass appeal).
7 Deadly Sins isn't even published by Shueisha.
