I agree. I can't find a clip, but there was one that was fat guys vs. skinny guys, but they played entirely different games, including one where they put the fat guys on a flat platform that slowly started to angle itself. The idea was that the body surface you had sticking to it (I should add they were in swimsuits) the longer you would stay on. The person that stayed on longest won.
God I would love to see that.
I don't remember the name of the show, unfortunately.
Takashi's Castle was still the best, I think. I own multiple seasons of MXC. Just thinking about Teacup Math makes me laugh.
Person gets in giant teacup. Teacup starts spinning and sliding downhill. On a wall next to where it is sliding down, there is a math problem. So you're going downhill in a spinning teacup and have to solve math. Then you get dumped into a giant mound of powder.
Gonna have to look these up.
The American version was better. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sfym8MdKNNYAlways enjoyed the human tetris game, whatever show that's on (or it's own show?). Also, Unbeatable Banzuke on the now-defunct G4. Sasuke, as well. I'm sure there's some comparable gems that I haven't discovered. The Gaki no Tsukai group gets a mention, as well.
... It took me a while to get this.escaping from rooms with strangers and solving puzzles?! this sounds like my kind of show. ^^
No offence, but is it me or Japanese people in general don't seem to give a rat's ass about what their teeth look like?
