I am so glad, tbh. He still looked to me like he could've been a "sane choice" that voters fall back on when the crazy thrill of Cruz and Trump wore off. Jeb seemed like the girl you marry, Trump and Cruz seemed like crazy, self-destructive flings. But, turns out I'm not in touch with the heart and soul of the Republican party these days (thank god).

Now, with Repubs left with the loonies, and the Dems coalescing around Hillary, I forsee a W for the Dems this year, unless Rubio somehow has a surge and massive regaining of credibility.

Holy shit, did he actually drop out before Carson and Kasich? To think he was once favored to win. What a sad campaign.

Awesome, this Republican race is so entertaining. Democrats could have written a movie script and it would not have had as favorable an outcome as this.

There was never any chance that another Bush was going to be the nominee. None. 43's favorables among the Republican base might be high, but that doesn't mean there isn't fatigue or doubt.

I never found any "frontrunner" label to be believable, let alone realistic.

Nobody saw that coming.

It's now Trump vs. Cruz vs. Rubio.

What are the odds that Oliver Stone makes a Jeb biopic as a sequel to W?

Same. The Bush name is poisoned for generations to come.

It's all fun until shit hits the fan.

Yeah. Imagine a Trump vs. Sanders or Cruz vs. Sanders presidential race. While Sanders is beating both Republicans in current polls, I am not sure he would still do so once the Republican propaganda machine starts grilling him for identifying as a socialist. So far, they have focused much more on Clinton than on Sanders.

That could end up badly.

His Wiki is amazing.

Dude was a high school teacher, got a law degree, was gifted a Judge-ship, then for no reason at all, "drafted" to a cushy "intelligence" position where no military experience is required and he gets to say he served in Iraq. Further, he claims he was "inspired to do this" by the death of Pat Tillman, which he called "a wake up call" - and I'm guessing he doesn't mean that it was a lie-filled clusterf*** which the military used as propaganda to recruit more victims.
