This should be a fairly solid PPV outside of the shit RVD v. Sting match. It just makes no sense in possiblye very way.

And :lol at TNA's surprise. Overhype and underdeliver as always.

How does it not make sense?
Sting beat the shit out RVD in his debut. oesn't need the title in the mix, but it's there.

I'm curious how they use
Tommy Dreamer

Roxxi came back for what, two weeks and she's gone? LAME.
I dont think she was contracted. Pay per appearance thing

Right, because it's not like we like The Rock when he was in the company :lol
Revisionist history.

Everyone loved him when he came back for his awesome Hollywood Rock heel run, but his years as a face were hated. Everyone here complained about how he couldn't wrestle, wasn't cutting promos as good as he used to and just repeated catchphrases, how he hogged TV time and didn't put people over.

You can't tell me you don't remember people on the Internet going into insane nerd rages over how badly he applied sharpshooters.

The problem is Sting and RVD rarely interacted after that until Sting was handed a shot.

Well looks like TNA needs new knockouts.

TNA might keep the title on Madison and put her over strong as ending the careers of several TNA Knockouts until Mickie James comes in at the end of July/early August and brings an end to the reign (or Rayne :D ).

I have to say, I have way too much respect for John Cena right now. Sure I don't like the way the guy carries himself in the ring, but fuck, that took balls.

*sighs* Clearly you know what I liked better than what I did, how foolish of me. I'm pretty sure I wasn't on NeoGAF when The Rock was around albeit I was still part of the IWC and didn't subscribe to any of that shit.

I share the same sentiments about this crowd. The guy's trying to talk and their stupid chants are killing the mood he's trying to set.

Is it wrong for me to find the tna crowd annoying?

No. Their the main reason why they need to get the hell away from Orlando.

Its ok, youre used to the silent WWE crowds.

ROH crowds are just like TNA.

Still better than fans trying to get themselves over and ruining promos and sometimes matches with their stupid chants. The ECW crowd was the only one who knew how to use them correctly.

I'll take a lively crowd over a silent one any day. Personal choice I guess.

...an there's Tommy Dreamer to stop Bubba.

So ixie's comments about watching in the coming weeks for major changes is looking more and more like an ECW stable with Paulie as the head.

I had heard earlier that there was a ton of backstage heat over a last minute angle change that involved Roxxi, so apparently she showed up and found out she was done with the company. Roxxi was in tears when it was over, but they cut away so fast to show a video for the next match that it didn't really mean anything on the show.

Man sounds like she was used just as a fill in until angelina was healed and then thrown away.

what was the big TNA surprise?

The one for the PPV was
Tommy Dreamer.

The big one Dixie Carter was talking about won't be announced tonight apparently, but rather unveiled over the course of a couple weeks.

Dixie Carter and Hulk Hogan opened the PPV by having a live sex celebration in the middle of the ring while the whole crowd gave them a standing ovation.
