Just go right into the informed view you think he should have. Lay out the info immediately. It's the same as a "you didn't get it" post in response to some movie critique. It's like thanks for telling me I'm stupid and I don't get it, but I still don't get it. Just think about how you approached this for a moment and forget that it's Olbermann. You could have said "Hey, I know it might be a nuisance but at least they are building infrastructure, and here's why that's good (continue with informed info here)..." But instead now along with arguing your point you've got to find the sickest way to burn Keith Olbermann on twitter, and you've gained nothing.

When accidents occur, including stuff in the past that caused construction to be temporarily halted, it's okay to call the construction poorly planned.

Especially if it was due to a planned explosion that got out of hand. It's the very definition of something that was poorly planned. They planned to have a controlled blast, but the plans went awry and caused debris to be showered on the streets above.
