Yeah I think they will announce the exact date(s) and show the final Nomura drawn boxart at PlayStation's TGS conference.

Like a 2.8 launch event or a special KH event before 2.8's release? If you mean a launch event, there most likely will be one for 2.8. And I wouldn't be surprised if that is where they give the winter KH3 news (and I doubt it will be another case of what they show not being released to the public, at least whatever KH3 stuff there is because they teased the winter updates to everyone in the last trailer).

It tracked the enemies in KH II, not in KH I though.

Did it track to this extent? Honestly I didn't use much magic in KH2 so I don't really remember... I do remember homing a little bit but didn't remember it did like 360 degrees turn..

Not at this extend, if the Shadow hide itself in the ground while you cast blizzard on him it'll miss.

God I hope they fix the models for KH3 so it can resemble the cg like in that pic and the previous games' opening cinematics.

The current ones seem like they're missing so many effects.

Yeah the current ones still look a bit off to me. Like they look plasticy kind of. If they looked like that cg that would be awesome.
