Oops, got a little too carried away there. It's almost instinctive after Marvel Nemesis, Burnout, and NFS. Looks pretty horrible overall then.

It's a tile based war game, why do you want it to look like? Btw, none of those steel horizon's shots are DS (obviously, DS is not widescreen)... looks like FMV and gameplay shots. Not that I'm running damange control or anything... that game isn't on my radar right now.

Why would the DS version be in the PSP media section and sized 480x272 (same as the PSP screen)?

It's the PSP version. There are no screenshots of the DS version there.

Ironically enough if you tilt the DS on it's sides it's pretty close to PSP screen size... about the only difference is about 60 pixels... not much. I wonder if any games (other than brain training) would ever think to design a game like that? Would have to be almost exclusively touch controlled though... that would be dumb.

It's not that close.

480*272 = 130560 pixels

256*192 = 49152 * 2 = 98304 pixels

I really like this new TAO's pics! It's look like a well done 3D RPG for DS!

One good thing with DS is that Japan games sell well in America (what not occurs with PSP). Because that, I believe we will see many good Japanese games coming to USA.

It was said at TGS that TAO is the Azure Dreams game for the DS, it's not a direct sequel.
