Yeah. I've been lovin' izuki's focus lately. Dude's amazing.
Yeah this goes for both teams. The aces are kind of on the backburner now lol.
Animation this episode wasn't special, but we had some good moments with Izuki and Koga.
Izuki running the show thinking 7 moves ahead, and taunting the opponent was pretty neat.
Loved the Wild analogy with Koga: he aint a big beast but he's sly and useful regardless.
All I know is that my boy Hyuuga "JR Smith" Junpei about to put WORK from that three point line on the next episode.

It is really good anime and manga. S2 will be stunning.
Yeah it's pretty good. So is Ace of Diamond. They don't have the KnB CRAZY ZONE PLAYS but they have the hype matches and drama along with the colorful characters. These 3 are easily among the best new sports anime to come in a while.
Yeah, it's very good. My favourite sports series at the moment.

imagine what a NBA game would look like in Kuroko, the stuff the GoM are pulling out is probably some kiddy beginnier shit compared to what the elite pros do.
Yeah basketball games in this works are probably straight up DBZ battles. Probably got, like, Lebron out there sailing through the air at 70 mph coast to coast hiring Chaos Dunks.
Edit: Something I'm unclear about. What was Murasakibara's trigger for Zone? Was it just his hatred of losing, or something else? Maybe I need to watch the episodes.

He did, but he didn't really do anything spectacular because he was still unable to stop Kagami's Meteor Jam. We don't know exactly how he would really play in the zone.
I thought that was one of the general conditions as opposed to his specific one.
But then, Akashi has said straight up he doesn't even like basketball and he has Zone, so I guess that's it.
This moment had me legit shook...I hope this is okay. I'll remove it if it isn't.
And Murasakibara definitely went in the zone. Liking Basketball and being near GoM level of skill is bare minimum to go into Da Zone. The trigger is different for different players.
So far the only player's zone we haven't see is Midorima's. I don't even know what his zone would be... he can already shoot from full court. Maybe his shots become unblockable... or maybe he is able to shoot from whatever posture or hand (he is left handed which Akashi exploited in their match).
Another one of my favorite moments in the episode was when Akashi went into Da Zone, Seiren team didn't give a single fuck. "It's the GoM, this shit happens every time..." LMAO! Hyuga da gawd!

They don't have any strategy... they are just going to let Kagami handle Akashi. They even said so, they don't give a fuck about Akashi's Zone. If Kagami can handle Akashi then Seiren is going to win simply because every other member has been shut down on Rakuzan or just out played by their counter parts.
