That's a yes. I have played all three games with a logitech f710 (recognize as a 360 controller)

What's the point of having "Donate to charity" as an option when it's limited to 20%, and spread over 3 charities? :/

Why not? It isn't as if any of these developers has charity entirely in mind when joining up with one of these Indie Bundles.

Did my bit, got 4 for $3:

Millennium: A New Hope
Private Infiltrator (yeah, it's alpha, but it looks cool)
Wooden Sen'Sey
Eryi's Action
and, of course, La Mulana.

I'd have paid that just for La Mulana. Stupid, stupid price.

What a terrible interface the site has, I can't even see La Mulana anywhere!
EDIT: OK I see it, but it's still confusing.

Would it be true to Greenlight if it didn't have a terrible interface.

I just went through the effort of finding each of the games in Greenlight and voting for them. Ugh, even Nintendo couldn't come up with an online service this horrendous. What the fuck Valve?

Don't understimate Beware Planet Earth my folks, is one of the most entertaining tower defender I've ever played.

From now until the 26th you can buy the bundle with only one game, meaning you can get La Mulana for only $0.75. Anyone who hasn't bought it yet should get it now.

Aside from the technical (visual + audio) overhaul, what's different from the original freeware version? Have things been streamlined/made a bit easier?

I think some things have been made less obtuse. I haven't felt like anything so far has been easier, just more logical.

Seriously, though, you post some things that are incorrect, like the enemy that makes the game harder (it's reading a sign twice that you are warned about that does it) and others that are misleading like having to go back to the beginning (the game has a very generous teleportation option that means you can go there and back with relative ease and you will also get your health restored when you collect enough enemy drops).

It's an amazing game in an old-school vein. It looks like a crisp, highly polished 2D PS1 era game, and it has lots of exploration and items, but it is vastly larger, more challenging, and more open than any Metroid or Castlevania. Sure, some design decisions may bother you and you may not like the game, but get your facts straight at least.

You make me think of another thing I don't like much. Game is relying wayyyyyy much on teleportation. My mind is set much like Super Metroid, king of the genre imo. No need to teleport there, perfect backtracking, no obtuse gameplay, no need of notebooks and wiki, map is useful, etc. It goes on and on really. I just don't like LaMulana that much even if the game looked EXTREMELY attractive to me at first. Cause really, there's a clear charm to it.

And for 1,50$ I also agree with that other poster that says its not much risk to buy! ;)

When something like this gets advanced ahead of it after only a month, you know something's wrong.

Bought a few games from the bundle before La-Mulana was even added. Needless to say, best surprise bonus ever. Might be the only positive thing to come out of the prolonged greenlighting failure. Now it needs to get greenlit asap so I can has key!

Lots of people remember Dragon's Lair. That's all there is to it. Hell, I'd like to play it again even though La Munana is obviously better as a gamey game.

Valve should have stepped in for this game ages ago but what else can we do?

There's no way it had more votes after so little time though. Everyone knows it's not even current placement alone. Luck plays into it too.

I guess. But Dragon's Lair should have been automatically allowed considering that the company has released decent versions of the Don Bluth games on practically every platform imaginable. And that may be why Valve gave them the go-ahead.

Greenlight is just an opaque mess.

A bit confused here, you purchase one game here and you get the bonus games and osts?

yup. there is no average to beat or anything like that just a simple you get what you buy plus all of the bonuses.

and if it isn't clear enough what you are getting they show you near the check out.

Great Scott! Damn, I came in here expecting $1.50 on GOG.com and would have bought tonight. :(

Less than an hour to go.
So when the game is finished you get access to the final version? Several of them say they are in alpha or beta stages (both purchases and bonuses)..
You get Desura keys (and Steam if the title gets added to Steam), so that should be the case, yes. Several games are already finished (such as La Mulana). The American McGee title is the only one I’m a bit confused about as far as getting the final version, but for the price it’s worth the risk of not being sure on that one game.

What's stopping you? Just pony up 75 cents for Wooden Sen'sey and get both LM and Leisure Suit Larry for free!

(That's a mindbogglingly good deal when you think about it...wow, I lucked out hard)

The problem is not being available on GOG for this price/deal. Otherwise, I'd be able to go for it because I really do want La Mulana.

if i am not mistaken the mcgee title is going to be free to play when launched.. I will double check that.

edit:
Akaneiro: Demon Hunters is a dark fantasy, free-to-play multiplayer online browser-based video game that American McGee's company Spicy Horse is developing for release in 2012.
so yeah you will get the game when it releases if you want it :P

you could spend the 75 cents now and buy it on gog later?
you get a DRM free version if i am not mistaken with this..

edit: yeah there is a download link next to the games name thus it should be a drm free download as well.

You get a DRM free version from Desura, which is identical to the gog.com version for all intents and purposes. Unless you really want it in your gog library (which is understandable), this is practically the same thing.

I still haven't gotten any keys for Fester Mudd or LSL. It says 'coming soon' for LSL, so that's okay but nothing like that for Fester. Anyone else have the same issue?

Same thing for me, I think the coming soon part is for both Fester Mudd and Leisure Suit Larry.

And now it's too late to get La Mulana

Same problem here. i guess they provide keys they dont have yet

I wouldn't have been able to get it until today. Guess I'll either wait until I have the spare dough for it on GOG.com or wait until the next sale.

If you read the information on Fester Mudd, it is to be released in January 2013. Thus this is more of a fully paid pre-order for the game. Naturally, Leisure Suit Larry 1 is just the VGA game in a DOSBox emulator, so it's mostly working the game out to get it running on modern systems.
