No way! That has to be a joke, they could not even bother to make a new logo? :lol

I was watching the Today show this morning, covering the Olympics and saw the best sign ever being help by some guy it the crowd behind Matt Lauer etc.

NBC :
Never
Bail
on
Conan

Awesome.

In my possession, I now have:

1x TTS Cap
1x TTS t-shirt
1x Year 3000 t-shirt
3x TLS shot glasses
1x TTS tumbler

NBC made a decent amount of cash outta me, but who cares? It's about Conan.

I got my XL shirt today. I don't know if they have XL anymore so I'm glad I got my order in. Seems pretty large for an XL so don't be scared to order a L if you have to (unless you need a double XL or more lol.)

Mug shipped yesterday too.

Holy fuck

Report: Conan O'Brien to Hit the Road for Live Tour

NBC can keep Conan O'Brien off the air, but they can't keep him off the road.

The ex-Tonight Show host is preparing a show to perform live at venues throughout the country, TheWrap reports. The New York Post cited a source who said O'Brien could appear at venues like Radio City Music Hall.

The tour would be a way around the clause in O'Brien's exit agreement that doesn't allow him to make any television appearances until September. Should the road show come to fruition, it would happen in the next few months, a source told TheWrap.

O'Brien's rep declined to comment to TVGuide.com.

COME TO AUSTRALIA.

That's awesome by Conan... I bet they made sure NBC didn't put shit in there about live gigs. Hopefully he starts playing at the places Leno does :lol

YES! And in each place he can record remotes to be used at these shows, AND to be used (once a week?) when he goes back on the air.

I can't wait for when he does a show at a 7/11 parking lot.

Conan O’Brien’s Next Appearances Could Be on Stage
By BILL CARTER

When and where will the world next see Conan O’Brien?

It’s not certain yet but it will almost surely be on stage, and maybe all over the world.

Representatives of Mr. O’Brien, the former host of “The Tonight Show” on NBC, confirmed Friday that plans are in the works to book what is being called “a revue” starring Mr. O’Brien in theaters in major cities from California to New York, and perhaps parts further east and west–and maybe north.

With his separation deal from NBC preventing Mr. O’Brien from appearing anywhere on television until after Sept. 1, the comedian’s representatives have for several weeks been formulating a plan to get him back in front of the public in a show that would have some elements of his television work combined with new stage elements.

After exploring the degree of interest with some locations, Mr. O’Brien’s team has received “enormous interest from all over,” said one of his representatives, who asked not to be identified because the plans are not yet ready to announce. “We’ve heard from the U.K., Scandinavia, Australia, Toronto, everywhere; it’s been incredible.”

No dates have been finalized yet but the representative said Mr. O’Brien will appear in multiple cities, probably in sizeable venues like Radio City Music Hall in New York. “The interest is enough that Conan could probably do stadiums, but he doesn’t want to,” the representative said.

As for the show itself, another representative of the comic said staff members from his NBC show will likely be involved, from members of the band to writers who will help Mr. O’Brien craft new material for the show. “It’s one way to get some of the guys some money,” the representative said.

A formal announcement is some weeks away, both representatives said. Mr. O’Brien himself has been vacationing and is expected to begin participating in the planning starting next week.

This sounds awesome.

And hopefully this means they'll go with him to the next late night show too.

Gosh this is such a great idea. Really well conceived by Conan and his team, and it just shows how dedicated he is to his craft and fanbase. And, also, his main staff and crew.

Can't wait.

I follow a bunch of his writers on Twitter, they've pretty much all expressed their loyalty. And then you have guys like Brian McCann and Brian Stack, they've been with him so long I can't imagine them doing anything but working for Conan.

It's really notable, imo, how strongly everyone who's been on Conan's staff feels about him. He's apparently quite the boss.

Conan totally reads NeoGAF. Check out what I wrote a month ago:

You know what I think would be a really smart idea? If he can get started soon, Conan should take his show on the road while his permanent set is being built. Take the show to cities and college campuses around the country, where Conan is truly loved. It would also be a good way to build support with all the local affiliates in the markets which Conan visits, dropping in on their local news broadcasts and raising hell, filming bits of him touring the cities/campuses with the mayor, a local celebrity, or even just fans, ect. The few road shows Conan has done in the past have been tremendous.

Of course Conan and his crew would have to be extremely motivated to take on such an undertaking, but it would be worth it. It wouldn't be easy. If Conan really wants to stick the dagger in though, and really crush NBC and become the most talked-about guy in late night, that's one way he could do it.
