I might get shot down for this, but I really liked Hope. His character growth was nice. A deluded, douchebag child that grows to be clear headed and smart. Fang was cool as well and then there is Noel.

It's sat on my shelf for over a year. I barely made it through XIII, and now I pretty much know that XIII-2 is going to remain on my shelf forever; there's no point in selling it, as it's now worth nothing. I'm ok with that, but I do regret that this awful universe has essentially killed my love of the franchise. As long as Toriyama is at the helm, I can't see any way back for the series.
