My pants keep on falling. Feels (somewhat) good.

Besides that, my fitness is the best it's ever been. Yesterday I made it through 30x50m sprints and 10x100m sprints and I still felt that I had the energy to keep on going (until I injured my calf...).

I've had to pretty much buy a new wardrobe. Went from a large t-shirt every time, to either small or medium sized one.
 
I'm jelly of you sub 200 folk, but I hope to be joining you before the year is over. Last time I used WiiFit it said I had a BMI of 30.1, just .1 above being just "Overweight" instead of "Obese".

edit: WiiFit says that I'm now "Overweight"! Yay. 228 was the new weight, still plenty to go though.

I ate really bad at PAX, and before PAX, but I walked about 8 miles each day (for 3 days). The food was so expensive and the selection sucked!

Here's a sample of my diet in the last week:

6 doughnuts
Easter candy
about 10 bottles soda
nachos
several bagels with cream cheese
and also some other stuff that was marginally healthy but I won't list because it makes my list seem more dire and interesting.

Forgot to check the 17th... So it's pretty amazing I didn't gain a whole lot of weight, things were still off since PAX and I ate an average of about 3000 calories a day.

Pretty much back on track now, and unless it's a rather violent fluctuation next week should be looking a lot better. This plateau might be broken.

This week I lost like 2.5 pounds, I seem to have discovered the trick of just eating two small/healthy meals then splurging a bit on the 3rd meal combined with light to moderate exercise, seems to be working pretty well.

I'm finally nearing that 200 mark. First time since the end of high school... This may be a bad week though, only can work out Monday through Wednesday, heading down to Kansas City to visit friends for my bday this weekend, so much BBQ will be eaten. :P

Finally seriously headed in the right direction. I've been going out so much lately so I've had to get a real handle on eating out in a healthy way.

I don't think it counts as a plateau if you know you're eating more than you're supposed to. I'm amazed that all those days of eating >3000 or even around 4000 calories didn't cause me to gain over the last few weeks.

Edit: One thing that I'm noticing is that between the first week and the first week of March I was doing the Power 90 strength and cardio videos, alternating them daily 5-6 times a week. In that time frame (10 weeks) I went from 229 to 218. On March 14 I started going to a gym, as you can see I haven't really lost any weight. Though I will say I think the problem is I go to the gym Mon/Wed and I don't really do any other exercising throughout the rest of the week. I think Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday I'll have to start doing the P90 cardio videos. Friday I really can't do any exercise as I always go out for a beer or two with my co-workers.

I also didn't track my diet on MyFitnessPal for the majority of April.

Needless to say I think I fell off the wagon a bit. I have to get back on it. I have a goal to be between 205-210 by July 6, when I go on vacation to visit some friends. This gives me 10 weeks to hit my goal.

Still going! Soon I should be able to jog regularly (the weather has been shit, but I've had some windows recently).

Again it'll be up to eating right. I'm eating better but not quite as good as I was before. But really, it's probably good enough. I just don't want to do worse.
 
Well, it's not impressive and I haven't been keeping up with the thread, but I'm down to 221lbs. Yay?

The last month I've been trying to get in the gym at least 2-3 nights a week for 30 minutes. I get on the elliptical and go. Starting to get bored of it honestly, even when I have a movie or show to watch. Any suggestions on other things to do at the gym for a newbie? (Sorry if that's not a good question for the thread)

Well, you can choose alcohols properly and it'll reduce the damage. Drink vodka club soda and a squirt of lime. Refreshing and low calorie.

Yeah, it's a lot of calories though so if you're going to drink heavily count it into your calories.

Kinda-sorta related, but my office is in the middle of a Biggest Loser contest. Here are my measurements from the start and the ones we did today

Initial:
Upper arm: 41.6 cm
Chest: 104.8 cm
Waist: 108 cm

Today, after 6 weeks:
Upper Arm: 38.0 cm
Chest: 101.5 cm
Waist: 103 cm

Pretty happy with that.
 
I decided I'm not disqualifying people if they don't check in every two weeks seeing as I myself have missed some probably.

Well! Does this count for people who haven't checked in since the start? lol

If so:

Starting weight: 265.6
Current weight (as of this morning): 231.6

Edit: I've been inputting my weight into an iPod Touch app, so I could give weights based off of that too, if needed.

Been a bad 2 weeks for eating and working out. I finished P90X2 a week ago and start Insanity today, so that should help. Traveled a bunch and just ate bad. Ack.
