Trying to get down to 160 before my Hawaii trip in a month

Gosh, I thought I would have done better this week. Exercised better than ever, ate pretty good, but I did eat out 3 times, but I thought I worked around that.

So yeah, bacon cheeseburgers, fries, soda, more than enough bad stuff... We'll see about next week.

Man, my body was certainly kind to me this morning after last night. I really didn't have that much to eat or drink, but most of it wasn't good for being on a keto diet. Still, I somehow managed to drop down another .2lbs, which brings me to 40.2lbs lost overall and 17lbs in 24 days while on this keto diet.
 
Such a motivating thread, I've just started to try to lose a few pounds, or more like around 20... I gained over 10 lbs recently when I started to hang out with new people in school who wanted to eat burgers and pizza every lunch, and with my boyfriend who always wants to eat at McDonalds, it kinda hit me harder than I thought.
Considering I lost around 45 lbs a couple of years ago, I've taken it harder than I should, so I have recently started to change my diet, and started jogging, hoping it will make me even lighter than before. I hope I can be as great as you guys in here. :)

Wooo! I'm so ridiculously close to my short-term goal, feels good man.

EDIT: Here are some things that I've changed recently:
1) Cardio. I went out jogging: Sunday, Thursday and Sunday. I'll also do the P90 Sweat 1-2 video once a week.
2) Only went to the gym once a week for the past couple of weeks (oops, this is a bad change!). I've had to adjust my schedule a slight bit because of the point below
3) Playing Slo Pitch on Wednesdays. Not exactly a high intensity activity but depending on my position there can be some burst running involved + how well I do at bat.
4) Stopped drinking. Though this past Friday I went out and had quite a few drinks I mostly stuck to Rye and Coke rather than Coors' Light.
5) Stuck to my diet plan. This is of course always tough and I'll sometimes slip ever so slightly (ie get a bag of chips) but my breakfasts are always the same, my lunches are always healthy and I only go out to eat once a week (saves money too!)

Been doing everything right, except yesterday I ate a real big meal. Although there's absolutely no way I ate even 2000 calories worth of food, and otherwise I was good. I just figure my bowels aren't fully evacuated.

I got down to 220 lbs for several days this week anyways. Expect next week to be 219-ish? We'll see.

I had a couple days where I ate some junk that I shouldn't have. Oi. I have 5 weeks to get to my goal.

I have a little over 4 weeks to hit my goals. I'm going to make sure I am absolutely disciplined during them. I've already come this far, I know I can do it.

While I was making dumb posts here on NeoGAF I almost forgot this 'important' one.

So, I ate right, about 2200 calories a day, other than one day where I ate out and probably topped 3000 calories total. I exercised 5 times in the previous 7 days, 2 real quick runs and 3 super long walks. That's it.

Nothing really standing in my way this week that I can see.

Wow, just looked at my original post and I was actually 180 at the beginning of the year. I did P90X from late February to late May and stuck to a fairly strict diet. I lost almost 30 lbs; scale this morning read 149. :D Feels amazing.

Yeah, kinda stopped doing much exercise ever since I've injured a tendon in my lower left leg. Fourth injury this year. My body just doesn't want me to lose weight. Taking a month off to get the body right and concentrate on my exams.

Clearly I've been disqualified but thought I might as well just add my latest weigh in. I blame it on inactivity :(

Un-related edit: Today was the last day in our biggest loser contest here at work. I lost a few lbs since the start (12 weeks ago), but I'm pretty happy that I lost some noticeable inches on my waist, forearms and chest! :)

Had to skip a day because I couldn't weigh myself yesterday, but it's probably better to weigh myself on Mondays anyway. I went to an anime convention over the weekend and while I did a lot of walking (and raving) and didn't eat a whole lot, I still only went down a little over a pound. I think it wasn't necessarily how much I eat, but also what I ate. Anyway, I hope to get right back on my keto diet and start really losing again :)

It's been a weird week with eating mostly well (ate great other than ate out twice // ate too much two days in a row), regular exercise. Strange weight fluctuations, earlier in the week my weight dropped quite low, after that I ate out twice and it peaked and then I ate better and it rose more...
 
Hi guys. Sorry I've been mia. Had a new baby which took a lot of time, then screwed up my back, then got food poisoning. Ugh. Anyway as of today I am at 261. Looks like I'll probably be losing this bet. Time to start stashing away some money.

That being said, If I do lose, I 100% will be keeping my end of the bargain, but there may be a slight delay in ordering prizes just for the fact that I have most of my money tied up in new baby stuff and property taxes. Sorry guys. I feel like a fuck up. Oh well.

Dear god. I guess my body really wanted to make up for last week, but 8 lbs? I'm not even sure how that's possible, especially considering I didn't really do anything substantially different this week. I can't complain though, obviously.

A combined average of those 6 is a 13.45% loss, compared to my pathetic 4.49%. I am sure if I added in everyone in the thread I might end up winning this thing but that would be cheating. So anyway, I guess no one else is competing. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Anyway, I only picked one winner even though technically I promised two if I had over 25 people competing, but I am pretty broke currently with babies and school and doing a short sale on my townhouse that is completely worthless and is worth less than a quarter of what my wife and I owe on it. Yay. /rant
Plus by the end there were only really 6 people competing anyway.

Ive just started to use the free iPhone app Lose It! to track my calories every day. I've only been doing it a week so it's too early to say if it's helping but it's definitely making me think a lot more about what I'm eating.

Should setup a follow-up thread and hopefully keep the momentum going plus get some new people into the fold. I'd be willing to kick in towards a prize too, if that helps, but I think to submit people would need to take a before picture with the date and their username visible to compare against their after photos which would also include that.

I didn't participate, but I did appreciate the thread.
