My two cents:
I prefer a complete version with the latest patch applied, but an un-patched game that's still fully playable (like Dariusburst Vita) is better than no physical version at all.
The idea brought up by dallow_bg is great, just post the version that get's put on the cart/disc on the description page of a game. It would help to avoid some confusion; I bought Dariusburst Vita and assumed it was as ”complete" as the PS4 version since LRG made a big deal about it back then and never mentioned anything being different with the Vita version.
I personally don't think we need US re-releases of games that are already being sold as Asian versions with English as an option (Deemo, Ys, Wonderboy). But the sales of Deemo prove there's more than enough people who want the option, so keep doing your thing LRG and I might just not double-dip from time to time. That's cool.
