So whats gonna happen to the Stadium after the para-olympics? It would be a shame to pull it apart and change it to a footy stadium, but im not sure what else it could be used for.
Seating will be reduced, track has to stay as the stadium will be used for athletic.

Well... West Ham does makes the most sense, but it's guarenteed for the 2017 athletics championship in any case. I can't wait to be able to use the park and i'm sure the aquatic centre will actually look so much better after the games.

To recap, these montages are the bulk of a one hour highlights programme that'll be shown again shortly, so if people want to acquire it, might be worth waiting for that. It's more an epic documentary than a montage.

Lineker really stank up the joint.
Inverdale was more miss than hit.
Denise Lewis is lovely, but not a great live TV talent.
Jackson is nice but dim.
Sue was just there.
Claire really embraced the madness.
Jake is a true star.
Dan Walker is the consummate pro.
Manish can do no wrong.
Gabby really brought it hard, and her roundup show was great fun.

"in Korea, we do not shoot eights."

Love BBC being honest about the problems. Including Coe's bullshit "the stadiums are full".

I'm not sure they're the favourites any more, I think it's all under review again.
Ugh? Again? They already threw out the first bidding process last year.

It's probably going to end up a bloody mess, followed by a quick demolition.

You forgot the astounding commentators for the rowing and the athletics

I just don't think there'll be another Olympics with crowds like London for a while. The crowds for the road races and the mega crowd at the sailing were unlike anything before.
Sydney was awesome, but Greece and Beijing were so subdued. I can see Rio going that way too.

It's been a fantastic Olympics. I've enjoyed every second of it. Bar far the best Olympics I've seen.

Jake and Gabby were the big surprises. They will go far after this.

I'm just jealous I didn't get the chance to see any of the events. :(

I didn't really care before the games, but now that they're over... ugh.

Tell me about it, I wish i at least key some tourists but I was too busy. But hats of to the BBC, its coverage was sexceptional.

Ok, the CTV montage of worldwide coverage--and thus multilanguage commentary--of the 100m sprint is pretty decent.

I just can't watch the extinguishing of the flame, I know I will cry... but I want too....

such masochismus...
I usually feel my eyes watering whenever I watch that part of the closing ceremonies too.

I think it will be remembered as the prople's games.
