There is no season 9.
Are you sure?

Ted is the underdog.

Ted is the underdog.
Also, it's a riddle
As an aside, I love the season 2 opener. I won't link it here in case the OP has YouTube embedding or something.
There's so much awesome. I don't even know where to begin.
Also:
"Rowdy, no."
"YEAH ROWDY! HIT THAT!"
One of the saddest moments in TV (for me at least) was of courseSo good. It had plenty more serious/sad moments throughout all the comedy that were amazingly well done.where do you think we are?
Also OP, apparently the way the hospital works in the show is one of the most accurate portrayals on TV about how an actual hospital works. Just a funny note to keep in mind. I'm not 100% sure of this but I read multiple people who worked at hospitals say this.

Has Bill Lawrence come remotely close to matching this since?
My sister works in a hospital. According to her Scrubs is basically real life for them, also Grey's Anatomy is painfully inaccurate. She also says most surgeons follow the stereotype.
Do they wear banana hammocks?
Ted in Cougar Town plays the same character as he plays in Scrubs.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qaWrBOziiLo
He also plays the same character in Malcolm in the Middle, which has the same hospital Scrubs has, with Laverne working in both.
Woah woah woah? What? I've been meaning to catch up with Malcolm in the Middle. I only stopped due to life getting busy then and never had a chance to catch up.
Laverne appears very early, in Episode 3 I think. Ted comes late, season 6.
Love it, helped me a lot in very different ways. Haven't watched it in a while tho, thanks for reminding me OP. Will watch it again.
Also, Sarah Chalke was smoking.

Hhngg..
Sarah Chalke is one of the five girls on my "I'm allowed to fuck without being considered cheating if the opportunity ever came up" list with my girlfriend.
So top 5 hottest women in the world in my opinion.
No, sadly. We're allowed one "comedy with heart and also sadness" per generation. Our parents had MASH. We have Scrubs. We now must wait another 20 years for the next one in the pipeline.
Dunno, I think 30 Rock is a pretty good shout
Wasn't it called med school? That is more of a whimper. Would have done better as a true spinoff with a different title though.
well, thanks to this thread, I have started another rewatch. think im up to 10 or something by now....
Keep an open mind in regards to the more serious Scrubs episodes. A few of my favorite Scrubs episodes are the the ones that are more drama than comedy.
Show went out with a bang I say:

It's one thing to say it,
but another to not explain it.
Wasn't it called med school?
I thought it was fine btw and would have liked some more of it.
