That means it's confirmed that we have no price as of E3. Maybe Sony will do it. Coming out first with the price can be good or bad, depending on how MS will react. If they set the bar low, and force MS to launch at the same price or even higher, Sony is in a good position to press MS.

BUT do I now need a TV licence if I have an Xbox one? Since its all about Live TV!

The Xbox just connects to an existing television receiver. So it makes no difference to if a TV licence is required or not - if you're using it in a way that requires a licence, you already need a licence for the stuff already in your house.
