With all the makeup, photoshop, and deceptive clothing and poses (and lighting), at what point does the photo we are attracted to stops being a picture of a woman and becomes a cartoon of one?

I think it's easy to see the line by looking at Playboy pictures. That is where it becomes a cartoon.

Went through all of these with my wife, and we thought several were cute before the makeup... Anissa Kate and Veronica Avluv were two that stood out as being very attractive before the porn makeup. Holy shit some of those were scary though!

I'm about as anti-makeup as a person can be (I've literally never hit on a girl who wears an obvious amount of it). But this is just flat out wrong. A lot of girls do look better with makeup. They just do, man...

In the age of photoshop it's much harder.

A picture could be taken with "no makeup" while shopping out unsightly blemishes.

Makeup is just a layer in the way between you and the girl wearing it. I don't care how corny that sounds.

There's a fair chance it could be. For a lot of girls its a horrible cycle of wear too much make up -> break out in pimples -> cover it with make up. Its kind of sad really.
