Top of the league without the 89 million pound man.

That's all that matters for now. Football is no science. You can't predict.

It's also cyclical. Too much talking, over-analyzing, and general posturing.

People don't care about La Liga. They got better things to talk about.

EPL will generally suffer due to the work permit laws. All those young superstars from other regions will just break out and dominate in other leagues.

EPL will possibly get a small percentage of these players once they meet the requirements. By then they will have to pay an inflated price making the extra television deals irrelevant.

Keep buying a few superstars per year. The other big boys of Europe clearly know how to replace players.

Work permits are quite relaxed right now, which allowed someone like Kenedy to get a work permit.

I woul copy paste or take a screenshot, but on my phone. Scroll down a bit here, participle the appeal part is interesting (and makes it rather easy to get in highly thought of talent). Not all that much us required to get enough points.

If there's anyone left thinking this is a stupid gamble...

RVP (3 years, 105 apps, 58 goals) and Berbatov (4 years, 149 apps, 56 goals) were worthwhile but relatively, short-term investments. Pogba is between Rooney and Ferdinand who were both, like Pogba, long-term investments. Signs point towards Pogba being one of the top players in the world over the next decade, not only have United attained an already great player but they've stopped him from going to another team.

Also, the PL is a cashcow, any post-Brexit issues should be short term.

Yes, this takes many many years to change. I don't think youth cups are the best way to judge the future though, because physicality and athleticism has a much bigger impact when the kids are young.

And as you said, if EPL truly wants to import everything that is good, there is only one way to accommodate them. It's to put them instead of the native ones. Are they prepared for something this drastic?

Well we won't know until the next two transfer window happens, that's why my prediction is two to three years because by then you are looking at Ronaldo being two years older, same for Messi, we will be talking more about those new star players and chances are they will be in England

You know, you are basically saying exactly what I said initially, it has always been in cycles and whether that's a case of money being the accelerator or new young stars being the reason, lots of things point towards a new resurgence for epl. I remember the bayern ceo talking about this very same thing last summer as well so it's not just guess work, strong indicators exist
