okay, now I think real Madara evolve to Rinnegan shortly before he died. after he died, Tobi took his eyes and plant it to Nagato. probably an experiment, Sage of Six Path's son each inherit the eyes, and the body. Uchiha's eyes evolve to Rinnegan, and Tobi want to try putting these 2 power back together in Nagato, Uzumaki bodies (closely related to Senju) with Uchiha ultimate eyes (Rinnegan).

It's nice seeing all of the characters mature and change again, it really feels like this arc is set to introduce us to the Strawhats of the New World. With that being said it's still dragging and I still don't care whether Hody hates humans or not. I just want Luffy to kick his ass and finish this off. Hopefully like Thriller Bark however Oda will insert some epic shit at the end.

Some nice Tsukishimi trollin' this week. The way he's able to break down Byakku's power is surprisingly pretty intimidating for the most part. Color spread is nice and so is the WSJ cover. The chapter was dragged down pretty considerably by Rukia being incompetent enough not to cut cute things. Like Hody I don't care for Fullbringers as villains and it feels like Rukia and friends agree.

Thankfully the spoilers from before were fake. However I'm not sure this reveal is much better. Why does Kishimoto insist that randomly introducing plotpoints that were never ever hinted out - nor are interesting - into the series? Kishimoto likes to make Naruto complicated because he thinks it's legitimately giving characters like Madara depth. Unfortunately this also means he's forced to ignore character development amongst the core cast in favor of some of the worst written backstory of all time.

the sage had two sons one who became the Uchiha and the other who became the senju (1st and 2nd Hokage).

Nagato is supposedly from the Uzumaki clan and their clan seems to have a long history with the Senju (1st hokage's wife was an Uzumaki for example, naruto has inherited their "will of fire") so with that it could be possible.

I imagine it's something similar to Kakashi, or Danzou's situation. They get the eyes, but because they aren't natural born Uchiha, they can't use them as potentially well as an Uchiha could.

Would also explain why Nagato seemingly couldn't deactivate the Rinnegan, just as Kakashi and Danzou couldn't deactivate Obito and Shisui's Sharingan.

Im just glad that it was on purpose rather than from a lack of creativity. Start with a weak villain or else you have nowhere to go from there (Alvida, Buggy, etc.)

Amazing chapter. I really enjoyed how Tsukishima was treating Byakuya. Someone should bring that Byakuya douche a notch or two. Rukia is the embodiment of the shinigami spirit. I really liked the fact that she is not going to kill Riruka. Plus she is adorable with the cute stuff.
