No, actually there is a lot we can do. It may not be easy or comfortable, but there is a lot and to stop ignoring racism is one of the easier steps. There is a lot of activist work out there on what needs to be done.

You can try and do something, but some people opinions are un-swayable. Openly racist people aren't going to give a shit about anything anyone has to tell them. They're clearly ignorant people already.
Changing government systems that are statistically racist is a different deal. That can change.
