Massive Killzone Shadow Fall campaign blow-out on GTTV this week

That was it? There really wasn't that much new footage and a lot of it was kinda uninteresting. That was pretty poor of GTTV.
 
Titanfall will end up on both consoles eventually so I don't see why people keep playing the Titanfall card. Its like no one remembers the Eurogamer article:

I can only watch the first five minutes or so of the stream for some reason. It looks like it goes to a commercial break, but it never goes to one, just a black screen and then...nothing..

I bought it twice, once on PC and once on PS3. I thought I was too harsh on it so I rebought it on PC a couple months later and it turns out that nope I wasn't being overly harsh, the game was just bad.

Finally got around to the footage. Looks really cool. Love the destructible environments and how they are allowing far more variety in achieving your mission.

It's also funny how Titanfall is the game most often talked about when bringing up cloud functionality to increase the amount of hardware reserved to the visuals of the game. It looks like an Xbox 360 game running on PC.
 
Finally got a chance to view the episode online. Wow, the game looks really good. I'm actually interested in the story line this time around. GFX are super clean. Hype!

Eh it did if you don't appreciate gameplay. It was the most important console shooter of the generation (excluding that really late Crysis 1 port). It's just a shame 3 went full-retard instead of expanding 2's gameplay and ideas. It probably would have been even better than Crysis was.

Basically what I'm saying is this Killzone looks like it at least wants to flirt with that kind of gameplay and that's a good thing. Shooters should be moving in that direction.
 
Really disappointing "blow-out". Barely any actual new gameplay footage. Was expecting a gameplay demo of an entire level or something similar. Most of the gameplay was just the same forest level.

Yup. Makes me wonder how many environments there are in the campaign.
 
That forest section went from meh... pretty good from first reveal, to WOW in the most recent build. Holy smokes.
 
Also are there any other sources for the video than Gametrailers? Usually their player is alright for me, but it's being awful for this video. Switched to progressive and still nothing.
 
TitanFall looks great to me. It's much faster, and chaotic, those are things I associate with taking a hit on the visuals.

Then again, I think we've only seen it on PCs so far, and really we need to see the XBO version to see how they match up.
 
Stuttering and glitch Spike stream aside, some parts looked pretty good. Although the lifeless NPCs are a bummer
