haha.

People are actually debating the existence of Muhammad? Historians must be wrong.
He is the only founder of a major world religion who lived in the full light of history and about whom there are numerous records in historical texts...

Source = Encyclopedia Britannica.

Numerous battles, formation of communities, the spread of Islam, and even his companions who turned to be unforgettable historical figures, are all proof of his existence.

Really guys, it's not that hard.The story of Muhammad and his companions is historically true, regardless of how you might interpret it.

Amusingly enough, I believe it does say somewhere in the Quran that at some point (I think when the battle against the antichrist begins) that the bushes and the trees and other sorts of foliage (and non-foliage, like rocks) would call out to followers of God, exposing the nonbelievers that are using them to hide from what is certain death.

No bullshit. Maybe MuslimGAF can clarify it, but I'm pretty sure that is how it goes.

I also have to agree with a couple of things: One, this movie is either going to suck hard or be really good. Second, you can't argue that the Prophet Muhammad didn't exist... it would be like trying to deny the holocaust (lol Ahmadinejad!).

Also some obvious trolling in this thread, but good to see that people aren't really taking the bait. Props. Though I am sure sooner or later this thread will get very messy.

No worries, this is not in the Qur'an and it's authenticity is often debated.

Didn't she take a bite it and spit it out?

Nope.

The only source that ever mentioned that is Seerat Ibn Ishaaq without a chain of narrations. Islamic scholars don't accept historical accounts that relate to important events that involve Mohammed's companions when a weak or no chain is involved.

I also doubt that The Message was funded by Shias or anything like that. Mohammed's companions were actually portrayed as saints, and not showing the first four caliphs doesn't really mean much since they don't accept the first three.

Once again, my main issue is the historical inaccuracies that are bound to happen.
