May seems like a bloodbath! who is getting buried?

Mirrors Edge, Homefront, and Battleborn will be forgotten fairly quickly I imagine. The Mirrors Edge fan demand won't translate into real interest.

Zero interest in OP's list, except maybe Mirrors' edge. And that feels great :)

Instead I'll be picking up Stellaris on May 9th. Now, Both Totla War and Mirror's Edge are coming out the 24th, and while I am interested in Mirror's Edge, I know which game will offer me the most value, and that's Total War, so Mirror's Edge I will have to catch you on a summer sale.

We will finally see if FPS/MOBA hybrid is going to have an audience. The other 6 in development may cancel if Blizzard and Gearbox can't get theirs to find people to play.

Uncharted 4 and Mirror's Edge for me.

IMO Overwatch is not a Moba, its success or failure means nothing to the others. Only Drawn to Death is the same mechanically.

The actual Moba hybrids are:
Gigantic
Paladins
Paragon
BattleBorn
King of Wushu
Smite

These games all have Moba mechanics outside of simple hero selection.

I'm probably getting Doom and Mirror's Edge out of these games. Not sure about Overwatch yet.

EDIT: Totally forgot about Total War: Warhammer, maybe I'll get it instead of Doom.

I fully expect to see a Battleborn burial this month. Same with Homefront.

Uncharted and Overwatch will be our big winners. I have some faith Mirror's Edge will fall somewhere in the middle. Not 100% on Doom yet or where it will land.

UC4 and Overwatch will both do great while Battleborn is gonna bomb badly.

Stellaris is probably the only game I'll end up buying in May, though.

Looking forward to Uncharted 4 and Doom. May pick up Mirror's Edge down the road.

I really want Homefront to be good, but I'm not impressed with the recent Xbox One footage from the beta.

Battleborn turned out to be way more fun than I expected in the beta(but that's an incredibly low bar), BB, homefront TMNT, and ME aren't going register as blips compared to the others with doom a decent bit behind the leaders.

If you want exact release dates see below.

Out of all of these, Dangerous Golf is a sleeper for me. Made by the burnout team you shoot a golfball and do as much damage in the environment as possible. Lot of good games for may :| Muh Wallet.

Wait, this Golf game looks awesome..LOL

Is it PS4 only forever??

I mean, I'd rather not wait to the end of the year to play it. Is there a PC release?

Edit** Wiki says X1 and PS4...is that accurate?

Mirrors Edge isn't gonna sell the numbers EA hopes it will sell. I forgot that game is out in May.

Fuck it, Battleborn will be a surprise seller if the reviews are good.

I feel like Homefront and Mirror's Edge are probably going to get the most buried sales wise. That TMNT game might do alright with the movie coming out soon. Overwatch is going to be the big runaway success.

But for me I'm interested in Doom, Mirrors Edge and TMNT next month.

I'm very interested in Uncharted 4 and Doom. Overwatch is safe, but I think that Homefront 2 and Battleborn are going to have very rough sales.

Wild card is Mirrors Edge. It could go both ways. Hopefully pre-launch marketing and reviews will be strong.

I'm on the fence between Overwatch and Battleborn right now. Seems silly to get both at the same time.

I completely forgot Mirror's Edge was even coming out. Totally sent to die.

Homefront is crap, no surprise there. I think Doom is going to review well but sales will underwhelm.

UC4 and depending on reviews Shadow of the Beast (5/17) for me, although this last one might indeed get burried.
Stellaris will be the other big one I'll get for sure...

Mirror's Edge will have to wait (and if reviews are so so, probably a looong time).

I don't think Mirror's Edge is going to set the world on fire, but I think that good reviews (if they happen) along with the great word of mouth/tail that the last game had will be enough for the game to at least meet EA's probably low expectations.
