Holy shit, TNA. What do you think this is? 1997?

This is the Internet age. You're not going to stop spoilers, you fucking morons.

Yeah I saw that earlier. That is some stupid shit. Apparently they think stopping spoilers is going to be the next thing to shave their ratings instead of fixing the shitty writing.

Stuff like this is what puts Punk on another level compared to 95% of the roster. He's a natural in there, and I feel bad that he's stuck in the current WWE. Austin/Punk would've been an all time classic feud of the Attitude Era.

hes easily my favorite wrestler on the roster. in the ring, at ringside, on the mic, he would have been a natural fit in the attitude era

Just don't put him in charge of any stables.

Why does cena pretend to care about zack?

It's either:

A tip of the cap to smark internet fans and the very slow start of a push for Zack, or, part of WWEs evil plan to expand Cenas fanbase beyond small children, fat chicks, and the mentally handicapped by associating him with things we think are cool, culminating in the Rock losing to him and telling the WWE Universe how much respect he has for Cenation.

-The show opened with a brawl between ODB and Velvet Sky. This turns into a match which ODB wins. Miss Tessmacher helps Velvet Sky afterwards.

-We get a promo with Eric Bischoff in the ring. He calls out Beer Money and is threatening to strip them of the tag team titles. Alex Shelley comes out and announces that since Chris Sabin is out with an injury he will team with James Storm at Slammiversary against the British Invasion.

-We get a #1 Contender's Match for the X Title between Brian Kendrick and Kazarian. It goes to a time limit draw but when they get more time, Abyss comes out and interrupts the match resulting in no winner being announced.

-Crimson defeated Matt Hardy. After the match Samoa Joe comes out but is taken out by Crimson.

-Angelina Love defeated Miss Tessmacher

-Mr. Anderson wrestled Eric Young who was dressed as The Great Muta. Gunner comes out and tries to distract the referee but it allows Young to spit mist in the eyes of Anderson. After a moonsault Young pinned Anderson. After the match, Anderson and Gunner beat down Young until Sting made the save.

-We get a promo between Bully Ray and AJ Styles setting up a Falls Count Anywhere Match at the PPV.

-Scott Steiner and Jeff Jarrett defeated Matt Morgan and Kurt Angle when Steiner pinned Morgan. During a brawl between Angle and Jarrett, Karen Jarrett falls and looks hurt.

-We get a promo involving Hulk Hogan and Eric Bischoff. They are reading a letter from The Network's Attorney. After a bit of trash talk Hulk Hogan reveals that Mick Foley was fired closing the show.

Looks like
Mick Foley is done after his comments on the empty arena match being like a tna house show
lol

That was actually a very good raw. I'm not sure how much the technical difficulties put it over the edge though.

Was I the only one who saw the

Wrestling Matters
Impact Wrestling
Thursday 8pm

sign?

Some dude walked that sign across the hard camera view near the start of the divas match. The director switched to a hand held view pretty quick. lol.

Good, that terrible storyline had run its course anyway.

What I want to know is where is Chyna?

Think I might just skip this week's episode and watch the Tessmacher stuff later. Not that the knockouts writing is less atrocious than the rest. But at least, I get some eye candy with the brain rot.

On second thought, no. The Kurt v. JJ feud is worse. This storyline has been milked to the point that the cow is dead, the cow's ghost is dead, and the reincarnation of the cow is dead.

Anyone heard about a possible name change to the WWE Smackdown vs Raw Series? Im hearing rumblings on twitter about it? anyone know?

It's true, it won't be called that anymore.

WWE '12(WWE replace with WWE symbol)

I remember taking a survey couple of months ago, which they had the boxart with that logo with Randy Orton on it.

So they hype the return of Mick Foley, the network storyline centers on Mick Foley and the DVD they are pushing on television right now is Mick Foley's...then they gut him?

I think they would've done a good job with a SES in the attitude era. They knew how to book stables back then. Although, they went a little nuts with the Corporate Ministry.

But yes, Punk is really one of the few guys who has IN-RING charisma. He really tells a story, instead of just going through the motions. I really hope his recent winning leads to the push we've all been waiting for.

I read on another board that the West Coast version of Raw last night contained R-Truth's opening promo with no technical difficulties or out of sync audio.

Somebody find the Youtube link of that asap.

Late to commenting on Raw 'cause I had to work yesterday (BAH!), but here's a few things I was kinda surprised at:

1) Kharma successfully turning face with a single promo! Wow, that seriously impressed me. I thought they were sending her out for character suicide, but she actually made it work and managed to get the crowd behind her. She deserves made kudos for that, 'cause that could have gone horribly wrong. Of course it helps she was over from destroying the divas the past few weeks, but I didn't think the crowd would do such a 180 on her. Good stuff!

2) Miz giving Riley the rub -- who would have thought Riley would get over so quickly? Part of that is due to him, but a lot of the praise (and I hate to admit this since I'm not the biggest Miz fan) has got to be given to the Miz. Watching that segment made me wonder why they won't let Orton or Cena put over guys like the Miz is doing right now. Sure, Miz is getting his ass kicked, but he'll be fine as far as being over. Personally, I think his character has no more credibility whatsoever (he went from being WWE Champ to not being able to best his lackey?), but whatever -- he's still over.

3) R-Truth is awesome.

So I found out today that the pornstar Olivia O'Lovely is currently a valet in NWA Hollywood.

First Trina Michaels, now Olivia. This trend of pornstars going into wrestling is odd.....
yet intriguing.

And Chyna makes things vice versa, but that's less odd and more disturbing
