There's also the delayed PS3 version. If it was released simultaneously I think the total could match SO4's debut on 360.Oh wow, Star Ocean did even worse than I thought. Not even an hardware bump too...
What's that Yokai game??
What's that Yokai game??
It looks like it'll be back in a week with fewer top 10 new releases.
Yeah, PDX went down very quickly, already at just 10,000 copies sold in a week. It should reach 100,000 LTD at retail in the end...shouldn't it?
Chris was beeing facetious (or so I believe)
I don't remember it ever being out of the top ten since its launch. Maybe I'm just remembering it wrong. It's been out a few times. It's got back. The main reason it goes out is when there's a week there's a lot of major new releases - like last week - or a few weeks afterwards while those new releases' still sell well before the major dropoff.
If there's no major new releases next week, it'll be back in the top 10, I'm certain.

11./08. [WIU] Splatoon # <ACT> (Nintendo) {2015.05.28} (¥5.700) - 9.506 / 1.260.770 (-14%)
Eight new releases, and Splatoon still manages a very creditable 11th.
Better than 71,000!
I'd say it's "good" but not great, but the sell-through percentages should paint a clearer picture.
Bloodborne was a feeebie with every PS4 systemI know is a joke, but BloodBorne first week digital was 24% which is huge, Dark Souls III should be big too.
I'm not sure why people are being silly about it.I know is a joke, but BloodBorne first week digital was 24% which is huge, Dark Souls III should be big too.

They expected atleast 400-500k in Japan aloneWith the current console market over 100k don't look so bad
The game probably will end up with over 500k worldwide
If SE was expecting more than this she is delusional
I bet SE was/is expecting over 1 million
Bloodborne was a feeebie with every PS4 system
My memory has failed me.It's 11th this week. Up from 15th.
Any bets on what will be the decline for the upcoming Tales of Berseria? Zestiria opened with 300k+ and it had a very bad reception after release. I doubt if Berseria can come close to 300k, so I think it will open to 200k-250k, which is terrible for an RPG series that was considered second next to FF.
Bloodborne was a feeebie with every PS4 system
Media Create Sales: Week 13, 2016 (Mar 28 - Apr 03)
19./00. [PS4] Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain # <ADV> (Konami) {2015.09.02} (¥8.400) - 4.492 / 454.420
Probably, but it would still be a big drop from F and F 2nd.
Bloodborne was a feeebie with every PS4 system
Xenoblade X opened with around 85k copies, so I guess SO5 did better?
SO5 needs to hit that 1 million mark.
I just saw the first week sales for the PSP games. Holy hell what a drop.Which did worse than their PSP predecessors...
I wonder how long Sega can continue making the games with these drops...hopefully forever

Miku is dead.
Dark Souls is dead.
Star Ocean is dead.
Everything is slowly dying in Japan.
Pokken actually sold over 100k pretty quickly. Maybe it will clear its stock of 200k without entering bargain bins.
The actual Star Ocean: Integrity and Faithlessness sales don't look that bad (lowered expectations lol) after thinking that it had only sold 71.100 units.

No it wasn't. There was a campaign where those who purchased a PS4 could receive a Bloodborne download code, but it was only for a short period of time (campaign started in mid July and download code expired end of September) and limited to certain retailer chains.Bloodborne was a feeebie with every PS4 system
The silver lining here is that it did better than the original on SNES. That's gonna count for something
It won't unless you believe in miracles.SO5 needs to hit that 1 million mark.

All because of some Goddamn panties.
Must admit i expect way lower for PS4, still, since is the Star Ocean week i will wait next week for see how the drop will be even cause i expect a way bigger drop for everything..
Some people were expecting it to be another million seller on 3DS. I doubt if DQXI on 3DS will match the sales of DQIX.Second week sales comparison:
Code:[NDS] Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker <RPG> (Square Enix) {2006.12.28} (¥5.040) - 266.827 / 860.820 (-55%) [NDS] Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker 2 <RPG> (Square Enix) {2010.04.28} (¥5.490) - 252.862 / 876.505 (-59%) [3DS] Dragon Quest Monsters: Terry no Wonderland 3D <RPG> (Square Enix) {2012.05.31} (¥5.490) - 83.329 / 596.512 (-84%) [3DS] Dragon Quest Monsters 2: Iru to Ruka no Fushigi na Fushigi na Kagi <RPG> (Square Enix) {2014.02.06} (¥5.490) - 118.427 / 562.083 (-73%) [B][3DS] Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker 3 <RPG> (Square Enix) {2016.03.24} (¥5.250) - 98.634 / 467.299 (-73%)[/B]
Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker 3 second week drop doesn't suggest it will have better legs than previous 3DS releases, it will finish its commercial run selling around 700.000 units. A big drop for the series, it is specially sad that it won't even be able to match the second remake for 3DS that also saw a drop from the first one.
SO5 needs to hit that 1 million mark.
