DS3 will end up in the 40GB SKU soon too, so I don't see how that adds value to this bundle. Too many people are viewing it in the context of having to pay $50+ for the DS3 as an add-on to their current system, rather than as the base pack-in controller for every SKU moving forward.

Nope, The Blu-Ray logo is on the white part of the box on my launch 60GB. So it stands out more on the black portion of the box now.

No it sticks out more because its on a black background my box has the bluray logo in the center not right hand corner.

What's cool is there's other machines out there on the market to fit others budgets. People are strange, "It's awesome that it has Blu-Ray, huge HDD, Free online, *random capabilities/perks*. But $500 wtf Sony". Sorry, but I honestly don't think anyone should really complain about a bundle like this, it's value is amazing like you said. I can't afford a Zonda, but i'm not going to cry about it, you get what you pay for. You can't expect to get stuff for free, or what you can afford to pay. This is a hobby, stuff you can live without technically. If you can't afford it, maybe a different one is called for. Companies have to try to make money/break even to continue on.

$400 40gb + $60 MGS4 = $460. They're much better off throwing in the $40 and getting the DS3 and 40 extra gigs.
