There were copies of the 360 LE available, at least until sometime last night. Looks like they're gone now.

My copy should be here today. I waffled a bit on whether or not I wanted it, now I'm glad. Yoji Shinkawa's art is always so good.

Yeah limited editions of games are like the boy who cried wolf. There are a million limited editions to the point where people ignore them but when a game is *actually* limited it throws everyone off.

Ya, it's pretty frustrating. Some are actually limited and others are the like $30 Bioshock 2 LE that were cheap everywhere.

I bet you are correct. This will effect the ebay prices. Then again, I'm a firm believer that all games bottom out once the buzz dies down.

For example the ICO/Shadow Limited Edition preorders were selling for 200 dollars. Now that they are out, an average copy sells for 120. That's not much profit. Demon's Souls Deluxe, and Dark Souls CE have both dropped in price. Twin Snakes use to be a 50 dollar used game, now it's 20.

Even the rarest games on Atari that once sold for hundreds are now 5 to 20 dollars. I think the only truly valuable game on that system is Happy Birthday.

Took a lot longer for 360 version of the LE to sell out on Amazon as well.
Fanbase for the series is bigger on PS3.
