If we use the law of Pachter, that means it's not GTA, the game has only a 5 hour campaign, it's a more linear game, it takes place in one city, and that it's been in development for only 1 year and is buggy as all hell.

I mean that sounds amazing, a lot of people would love to explore those cities with Rockstars attention to detail. It seems very unrealistic though. If they do take place in all those cities I can only see a small section of those cities playable in some story mission.
