There is no reason for anyone to be banned. I redeemed GOW Collection for Vita through a similar glitch months ago and nothing came of it.

What are your problems with the OS? Suspend/resume is pretty much perfect, multi-tasking is second to none and overall it's very snappy, for gaming it's everything you'd want.
