The vertical logo seems like the designer tried to be cool and hip by doing so and failed miserably because it's just not that pleasing aesthetically.

Let's hope Anita's so-called input does not ruin the sequel to one of the best games I have ever played.

Quite the opposite. I'm used to seeing them in their native countries. The one on the box now looks like what is standard in Hollywood since it usually mixed stars.
