Dodgers really messed up only pitching Jansen twice in 5 games. Should been in there in the 8th inning of game 1 to keep it at 3-3, and in the 8th inning of game 5 to keep it at 3-1.

Hell yeah that was a mistake. All the Dodger players that started at RF since Kemp's departure has been basura. Worse move of the Friedman era is letting Grienke get cheddah somewhere else.

One is a group of draftees and international signings that Coletti wasn't even directly involved in, the other was a group of players acquired by trade or free agent signings. Not sure what the two groups speak to at all. Start putting Colletti's trades (Carlos Santana for 2 years of Casey Blake) or contract signings (Andre Ethier for $85 million, Brandon League, Jason Schimidt) and you start to get a much better picture. Colletti was god awful. One of the worst in the league.

You are honestly insane if you think dumping Kemp's salary AND getting a 27 year old catcher who put up an .800 OPS and 3 WAR this year in return was bad for the Dodgers. Kemp is garbage now.

lol Ninja. Friend you been sipping on way too many malt liquors tonight. Kemp had 30+ HR's. More than combined outfield for the Dodgers.

It's a bullshit fluff article. The GMs aren't as directly involved in scouting and drafting as they try to imply. There are entire staffs of scouts that are in charge of that. They also cite the Adrian Gonzalez trade to Colletti, even though by verified accounts, Colletti wasn't involved in that trade at all. The two owners from LA and Boston worked that out on their own. The stuff he actually WAS directly responsible for signing off on, trades and free agency signings, were largely awful under his regime. He wasted prospects and money on old, over the hill players (usually ex-Giants).

His terrible defense erased any offensive production. He's a 30 HR player worth exactly ZERO WAR. That's how bad he is. No team in the league would rather have Kemp over Grandal. Kemp is an aging, breaking down DH who should not even own a glove, and he's owed like 3 more years at $20 million a year. Please tell me you are trolling me.

This curse shit is already annoying. The Cubs already won this game. Dodgers offense has only 1 hit.

If anything these last innings are just a showcase for Jensen to get paid in the offseason and Joe buck to keep swallowing Baez cock for the rest of the postseason.
