Raviente (giant snake like monster with tusks) is the only interesting thing to come out of Monster Hunter Frontier.
The month-long delay is going to kill Monster Hunter Frontier G's Wii U marketshare in Japan.
I only got into the series with 3U but I heard Frontier had really bad hitboxes and shit that ultimately got fixed with Tri/3U, am I right?
Would be boring to get a game that would seem "broken" compared to what I am playing now.
I honestly have no idea how Capcom has the gall to be punting out the terrible Frontier G onto WiiU and PS3 with Tencent's Monster Hunter Online coming out and finally breaking the shackles of the series PS2 legacy:
The game is based of Dos shell. The game is also about ten million times harder and eighty billion times more grindy. The hitbox problem is such a minor issue I can't believe people bring it up as a real problem.

Okay, I know the franchise doesn't have the biggest budget but how does this barely look better then the 3DS game?
Monster Hunter Tri did that years ago already. Anyway whilst MHO looks good in screens, it looks like steaming shite in motion.
Huh? MHO looks fine in the trailer and screens. I think the steaming shite you're thinking of is MH4Monster Hunter Tri did that years ago already. Anyway whilst MHO looks good in screens, it looks like steaming shite in motion.

I still have hope we'll see a monster hunter on Vita eventually. But it won't be anytime soon![]()
DONT REMIND MEBiggest shame this generation, Capcom making all the wrong decisions and MH not being on Vita. The system was basically designed with MH in mind if you ask me. It would be a perfect match.

Crying over what we could've had but probably never will at this point. And I'm not really crying. I... I've been peeling onions, ok?We're still crying over Sony being goddamned idiots? OK.

I worry that the Chinese licensed version will never see the light of day in the EU/US because Capcom wants to avoid an embarrassment.
:/

Capcom pls.
What do you mean?
Why would they be worried? It's not like there's any hope of Frontier coming to the west anytime soon.
I peg Wii as like a PS2+Shaders, so no.
And I don't know what MHO footage your eyes wandered across, but it looks pretty much like the exact MonHun Dos era gameplay, polished up a bit. Which takes it comfortably past Frontier G!
