Capcom has released two trailers for the Monster Hunter World: Iceborne expansion introducing the Hammer and Hunting Horn weapons.

I love the hammer as well and that looks like a cool addition but it's not a "new move" to the hammer. It looks like the only thing they showed were universal moves. Being able to fire the slinger while charging is universal as the greatsword video showed it doing the same thing and we know you don't have to sheathe to use the slinger with any weapon. The "grapple" move is also universal. I didn't see any unique addition to the hammer's moveset in the video other than universal changes and that's a little disappointing.
