We all knew previously that Emi Yusa will be playable, but a new character Quenser Barbotage from the Heavy Object LN will be playable as well. Major Froletia Capistrano will be his designated support character, although it looks like the other Heavy Object characters will appear on some of his moves (like Tomoka).

They also revealed a new mechanic called "Blast Character", but my Japanese can only read much... anyone can help translating that part?
