Yeah, I have been seeing a lot of green caps lately too. Gonna make it hard for me to win anything substantial with my current tactics, especially since my back is starting to go from all the dumpster diving lol

I drink maybe 2 to 3 dews a week and eat maybe one or two dollar bags of Doritos but I'm getting 3 or 4 caps a night from people at work. Probably not enough to have a decent chance at winning anything but it's worth a try.

It's looking like 40000 points will be the minimum for xboxes. I wont be surprised for them to climb into the 50000s by next week. I'm actually starting to worry about the regular merchandise you can buy simply because thing are going out of stock like crazy.
It's stopped climbing really. Black Friday I suspect will be low 30,000s if you're willing to do an all nighter.

That would be amazing. I'm at the halfway point to 30k, and I've only spent $10. I'd love for the auctions to drop that low, I might make it.

Mt dew is $1 at walmart. I've bought 40 so far, I'm about to make another run and try to get the remainder.
Going to make my final run to walmart to grab 60 bottles. That should put me at 38-40k. If anyone have any free points from their winnings and wants to contribute I'd appreciate it.

Bought a bunch of gamer packs, where is the code? I thought I read you could get them without opening it? I was going to donate them somewhere if possible because of that, but I'm not seeing any code outside :S
edit: lies!!! you do have to open them, it's in a red bar when you open the top. Unless they just recently started covering them up with the black bar on the seal, but that sucks, a ton of stale doritos are going to get tossed I guess.

You can only get the codes off the Mountain Dew bottles without opening it and you do that by using the "bottle cap code flash light trick" (Google it.) at least as far as I know I don't think you can get the code off Doritos without opening the bag because the code is on the inside lining. Also be sure to look out for double codes in the bags, if the code is printed high enough towards the top of the bag there should also be another code at the bottom of the bag.
Put them in a zip lock bag and give them away, that's what I've been doing. They might have changed it as I recall hearing the same thing.
EDIT: So supply is dwindling, I went to walmart and they didn't restock any Dews marked for the promo. I went ahead and purchased my last bottles from 711. I have a feeling come next week with dew for $.69 that there will be none marked for the promo.
Have some ingenuity and imagination. You don't have to open them at all. You just lift up the bottom side of the flap a little bit to reveal the code. Totally easy.

Has anybody cashed in points for a game or anything? I got Forza this way, but I have not heard anything about when it is being sent/ delivered.

Yeah man I was a week behind before the big spike as some auctions were going at 34k. Thank you to the gaf members that donated, it was a big help for me. I sent you a message jallopy. Next week will be a mess because dew goes on sale for $.69 at some stores. Black friday when they do them all day may yield better results if prices keep increasing.

Yes, find who you are going to give them to then add them on face book. Click on a auction that's going and choose the gift to a friend.
Has anyone that won received any shipping info or there xbox yet? I have a bunch of sweepstakes entries are we able to win again with those if we win a auction?
I still don't have an email saying I won I confirmed my address and stuff after the auction ended though. However no email from them with anything other than outbids.
