Good god people, there are THREE punisher films! Why is everyone forgetting the classic Dolph Lundgren original?

I wouldn't really call any of these films sequels of each other though.

It was like each sequel tried harder to top the last in being awful. The one with Edward Furlong. Holy shit.

Cyborg. First was a cheesy but fun B action flick with Van Damme. Second had Angelina Jolie in it and had fuck all to do with the original and tried to be Blade Runner. It failed hard. They made like two more with another woman playing Jolie's character. They were even worse.

Mortal Kombat 2 more or less replaced the entire cast. Then there's the Sleepaway Camp series where at some point they actually lose track of who the killer is because she changed actresses around 3-4 times.

doubt it because people were watching it for being star wars, it had a time skip and a child actor without any fame wasn't going to bring in the bucks. Obi Wan is more of a lead.

I remember these movies coming out individually, but I had no idea that there was a connection. I thought the "2" in Journey 2 was them trying to be hip, like the movie was titled Journey to the Mysterious Island instead of Journey 2: The Mysterious Island.

Starship troopers is the only series where the CG get noticeably worse as the series goes on......also skip the CG movie at all costs, its fucking terrible and it just rips things straight from other scifi films

I kinda enjoyed Speed 2 when I watched it as a kid. It's a horrible, cheap film of course, but it had its stupid camp. The ship destroying the pier and much of main street was pretty awesome. And weirdo Willem Dafoe of course.
