Not actually that important
Damn, yesterday night I was channel surfing at 4 am tring to get sleepy and I catched they were broadcasting Aliens. I must have seen that masterpiece at least 15 times, and despite having more than one DVD edition (SE, OC, DC) and even the 720p satellite broadcast, I was still grabbed till the end of it from a crappy aerial tv broadcast in mono...
no shit today I was zombie'd at work.

I guess the same happens to me when I catch a glimpse of Ghostbusters, The Thing
Dumb & Dumber, Good Fellas or Young Frankenstein: I'm hooked until the end no matter how many times I've seen 'em or that I have the very same movie sitting in my DVDs cabinet.

I don't know why is that.
Yes, they're all awesome piece of work in my book, but it's not like I don't feel the same for many many others.

What are the films you could (and have) see(n) literally countless times without gettin bored?
Those aren't necessarily your top movies of all times, "just" movies you love that you keep watching over and over no matter what.
For example, I fucking love Full Metal Jacket, Godfather, 2001 and others and I watched them a good numbers of times (anywhere between 5 or 10 times) but it's not the same feeling as those mentioned above, where really I'll be hooked on the sofa watching them, when it was not in my plans in the slightest (ie broadcast tv) and no matter whatever I was doing before that.

Kinda special ones :)

2001: A Space Odyssey
The Big Lebowski

Two movies that reward repeated viewings because you catch something new each time. I've probably seen 'em both 15+ times. I've also seen The Wild Angels about 30 times, but that's 'cuz it was my favorite drunk movie.

I'm sure we already had this thread a couple of times, but:

Star Trek: First Contact
Hot Fuzz
Jurassic Park 1 and 2

Aliens & T2
Most Kurosawa...
Batman Begins has had a heavy, heavy rotation in my house since that DVD came out...

And of course, Empire. All of the Star Wars movies, really, but Empire.

I can usually only watch comedies and Disney movies over and over again.

Young Frankenstein
History of the World Part I
Monty Python
Austin Powers
Kung Pow
Superstar
Princess Bride
Beauty and the Beast
Lion King
Aladdin
Sleeping Beauty

I've seen SW Ep IV, V, & VI and all the LotR quite a few times but they're the exception to the rule for the most part aside from Princess Bride. I now hate Spiderman because of repeated viewings.
As soon as Stardust comes out on blu-ray, I'll probably watch that a few times. I've only seen it twice now but have been itching to watch it again.

I had never seen the original Die Hard until a few days after Christmas when Fox Movie Channel happened to be showing a marathon. My parents were watching it and I walked in on the scene where Bruce Willis first talks to the head bad guy over the walkie-talkie.

"Do you really think you have a chance against us, Mr. Cowboy?"
"Yippee-ki-yay, motherfucker."

I must've watched that movie 3 or 4 times in a row and I could easily watch it twice that many times in one sitting. Jurassic Park is another one that would get my vote though I can really only stand to watch it once every couple of months.

Pretty much none. I have trouble rewatching/rereading/replaying almost anything.

Personally, I wouldn't say "none" but it's pretty uncommon for me to rewatch many movies simply because I always want to see something new. It almost feels like I'm using up precious time sitting down with one I've seen before when there are so many others out there to be discovered.

Even all-time favorites (Hitchcocks, Bergmans, WKW and the like) I've only seen a couple of times. Oddly enough, I think the only two movies I've seen a number of times would be Babe: A Pig in the City (six) and the Matrix Reloaded (nine times in the theater, several more on DVD + HD). Heh.

The Thing
Dumb & Dumber

Fuck yeah!
Those two, they have the same grip on me!
I can't stop to watch once Ive started, even if they're already in the middle of the movie by the time I catch them on brodcast!

Especially The Thing, sitting on the edge of my sofa until the end when they show it on TV, usually very late at night :D

Again, I'm a huge movie buff with close to a thousand original DVDs and a lot of them that I put on heavy rotation and I'd consider my fav movies ever, but mostly I can't be bothered to watch them in non-HD/DVD/7.1/etc.

Instead those two you mentioned are part of the special ones :)
Damn, I'm putting them in my list in the OP even if I wanted to mention just a couple only to give you guys the meaning of what I was saying.

Star Wars trilogy
The Matrix
Batman Begins/The Dark Knight
The Bourne trilogy
Die Hard 3
Apollo 13
Cinderella Man
Rocky 1-4 (just the training/fight scenes)
Inside Man
40 Year Old Virgin
Zoolander/Old School/Anchorman/Wedding Crashers
Wayne's World

Ferris Bueller's Day Off.
This. I watch this movie on Bravo every single time it airs, and often they do a back-to-back airing of it, and God help me if I finish watching the first airing and then stick around too long for the second. Because then, yep, I have to watch it again.

Also, The Goonies and My Cousin Vinny. Love them both to death.

Goodfellas
Ferris Bueller's Day Off
Christmas Story
Big Lebowski
Jurassic Park
Empire Strikes Back
Aliens
Pulp Fiction
Forrest Gump
Matilda

Really good movies in my favourite genres:

Historical epics
Hard "R" action
Spy/Action films (essentially Bond and Bourne)
sci-fi
fantasy

I've only recently started buying movies because I thought I'd see them multiple times.

Clueless
Titanic
Pulp Fiction
Ferris Bueller's Day Off
Aliens
John Carpenter's The Thing
The Terminator
The Piano
The Empire Strikes Back
Raiders of the Lost Ark
The Fugitive

Aliens was the first thing that sprang to mind. Probably my most watched movie ever. It still keeps me riveted every time i watch it.

These also NEVER get old for me:

North By North West
Raiders of the Lost Ark
From Russia With Love
Casino Royale
Lost In Translation
Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind
Big Trouble in Little China
Hot Fuzz
Shaun of the Dead
Die Hard
Twelve Monkeys
The Fifth Element
Evil Dead II
Army of Darkness
Jaws
