MS paint thread - Recreate the awesome with bad tools

People should put the game name in a spoiler though. Sometimes the fun of these threads is trying to figure out just what you are supposed to be looking at.

FFIII. Two ninjas, two sages, and one particle beaming bitch.

I tried just using the default colors this time, but man is there no real good way to get a flesh tone out of that shit.

Well, since you asked... And I am doing a late night - last minute assignment I need the distraction!

Here is a super quick one I just did.

someone with skills should do something out of Arkham Asylum, e.g one of the Scarecrow encounters

you realise he has simply traced over this image right?

I used it as a reference but there was no tracing whatsoever. There are signs that I didn't, for example, the tower in the background I messed up.

Dragon Age Origins.

A very familiar scene to me in the game.

This displays my most often used tactic to survive aggro'd mobs of enemies... running away.. far, far away! Hopefully while my companions are still alive for long enough to distract them while I get out of lines of sight!

I am sure my companions do not appreciate this, as they are constantly dying and coming back with every bone and soft tissue in their bodies broken and bleeding, but in my defense, I am playing on Hard and am not super at wRPGs in the first place! XD

Man, I wish Microsoft gave an option to use the old mspaint in Windows 7. I know it's possible to hack it in but I don't think anyone's going to bother.

I drew this for the other thread, but meh;

Okay, managed to make it work with default colours again. Phew!

Shame on those who don't know this masterful ending to a masterful SNES game (if you don't though, answer is in the URL.) The length is the only way I felt I could do it justice. Boy am I glad it's done though, haha.

I sure hope nobody quotes this post... :|

EDIT: Guess that killed my bandwidth, ho hum. If you still want to see it, it's on my DeviantArt page: http://sovanjedi.deviantart.com/art/The-Way-Home-Terranigma-134576220

Quoting the amazingness for people who might've missed it.

I always admire how artist or creators do amazing work with the limited resources they have, like independent games and films.

My point, these MS paint illustrations proves that less is more and simple is better!

If only some developers approached making games the same way. :P
