God I love this show so much.

Back when it was the Mystery Science Theatre Hour I used to stay up late in bed and watch it on a portable B&W TV that was the size of a toaster oven in my bed.

TV's Frank is definitely my favorite evil character, dude is hilarious.

"Hey, Nel-stoned! Y'know why I call you "Nel-stoned"? 'Cause you are so stoned, man! You wake and bake every day! You are so high...!"

I don't know man, Thanksgiving to me is the Twilight Zone marathon.

I feel bad for not thinking this is funny :/ Everyone likes it, and I feel like the guy who doesn't get it :<

You should feel bad.

Nah...give it some time. It clicked for me right away, but it might take some time to get into it.

Hoping for Time Chasers or Space Mutiny. Also, love the riff on her boyfriend. "It looks like it hurts to be him."

They do make a ton of references that are easy to miss. I still miss a ton of them, but overall the jokes hit.

You're not alone.
This wasnt a thing in Sweden way back when, so I'm coming into it purely because of the apperant hype of the modern day geek culture.

So far, it's OK. Rifftrax is much funnier imo.

"I'm whining you, pleeease"

For newbs to mst3k, like anything you need some time to settle with the characters. Once you do, if you have any interest in riffing, you'll find this is the absolute best.

Thank you so much for posting this. I haven't experienced the joy of turkey and MST3K together since I was a kid.

Sometimes it could take awhile to click, or maybe its just something you're not into. There are different eras of the show with different humor, so if its something you want to get into I would recommend watching a couple episodes before writing it off.

I would recommend The Final Sacrifice and Hobgoblins, those are usually what I use to get friends into the show. Recently got my early-20s roommate into it, after he said he'd never heard of it.
