It's pretty clear someone didn't watch Power Rangers, I couldn't help but laugh when I saw that because of how much it looks like putties.
Its a fake Kelloggs Cornflakes mascot Jim Sterling made for the Jimquisition.
Same, I was scoffing at that pick until it happened.
Edit: What the hell were they even going for with those old Mickey and Minnie costumes? It just looks like there are massive parts of their faces missing.

I can't get over how disturbingly awful those Mickey and Minnie heads are.
Apparently they were the costumes used in the Ice Capades in the early 50's. Disney didn't have any costumes of their own yet so they borrowed these for the first year of Disneyland. The replacements weren't so hot either.
And some 1930's Disney style nightmare fuel for fun:
