Nationality: Dominican-American
Ethnicity: Mulatto [White (Spanish, French, Italian), Native Dominican (Taíno), Black(African)].

Uruguayan.

Mix of Scottish, Welsh, Irish, Italian, Basque and Canarian.

Yay!
although being Uruguayan means having Spanish/Italian ancestry most likely :P

Oh nice! Yeah precisely, my mom always talks about her great grandfather that is Italian (I think, don't remember much, need to ask her lol).

It's really really great to have cousins and relatives from both USA, South America and Europe! I only need to marry a Asian women to be complete! ;P

50% Danish and 50% British (whatever that means exactly).

Wife is 50% Filipina and 50% Dutch.

Both completely Canadian.

I'm Puerto Rican, so my nationality is American. MURICA!

Oh, my mom's american (white) and my dad's puerto rican.

So I should be like 75% white

The first of my ancestors to come to America did so in 1635. I have no identification with any other foreign countries, but I honestly don't think of myself as being an American, either. I mean, I AM American, I just don't self-identify that way. In an international business class I had in the spring, on the first day we had to spend 5-10 minutes writing sentences like, "I am a caucasian, I am a male, etc." and then we tried to see what common themes emerged from everyone's responses. I and one other dude in the class were the only two people who didn't write "I am an American." It never even crossed my mind. I have never been especially patriotic.

I'm from Mexico... which isn't saying much about actual ethnic mix. I do know I'm some part native, some part European, and (recently found out for sure) some part black. The end result is something a bit... Persian looking.

I'm Americanized... though I don't really take any pride in calling myself "American" or even "Mexican"

awwwwwwwww....yissssssss

Nationality: American
Ethnicity: Mexican/Norwegian/German

Spanish, German/Austrian, English, Irish, Serbian, Croation, and Mexican.

Edit: And my nationality is American.

BOOM!

You still count!

I'd highlight all my Irish brothers and sisters too, but then I'd have to quote 75% of the thread. :D

I know I'm 25% Russian and more than 25% Irish.

After that, it's a nice blend of British, French, and Dutch.

Nationality: South African.
Ethnicity: British, German and Polish.

Currently spending two weeks traveling Europe and not understanding where my looks came from, though. I look like none of these people.

I live in Mexico, where I was born and raised.

I am 50% Spaniard, 25% Swedish, 25% English. I have the bad teeth to prove it.

The teeth... sigh. Sometimes I think I just ended up with the worst traits of all ethnicities. lol!

Mine aren't that bad since I got my wisdom teeth removed, but they did leave a parting gift in the form of an overbite. I bite my lip so often, that I wonder how I still have a functional bottom lip.

Nationality: Canadian

Ethnicity: Filipino

Thing is I don't look Filipino at all, I've been mistaken to be Chinese, Vietnamese, Japanese, Korean and Eastern European. Just a couple of months ago someone thought I was from North Korea.

Nationality: A for American

Ethnicity: Samoan, Filipino, Hawaiian, Chinese, Irish, and one more I've forgotten about.

Yeah, my ethnicity is all over the place.

Ethnicity:3/4 Dominican (1/2 Dominican, 1/2 Cuban mother; Dominican father; Cuban maternal grandfather), 1/4 Cuban. Ancestry: Taino, Spaniard (maybe some Jewish as well because of my surname), and African.

Nationality: Hispanic is the umbrella term. Live and was born in the US but don't consider myself to be American since I'm not proud of this country's history/role in the world. I call myself a New Yorker because I love this city despite its flaws.

Don't really know my family tree to a T but I do know there's a town in the Dominican Republic that's full of people/businesses with my surname which is actually my grandmother's surname (I'm not related to anyone with my surname other than my direct family). Most of my family from my mother and father's side live in the same town which is pretty convenient when I go over there since I don't have to travel to a whole other city. Would love to visit Cuba some day to get to know my maternal grandfather's roots.

Been mistaken for Brazilian, Puerto Rican, Black, and several Latin American countries.
