Are you not following gaming news in general? Do you not watch the documentaries these companies release? Tell me when is the last time someone got fired, didn't make the national news? Its now such a big deal to fire someone for being literally useless and mentally unfit for work but now everyone gets a pass. This goes for most modern industries, except the ones that really matter. Crunch for example, doesn't last 3 years, it lasts last 2-3 months to push to the finish line. Now more and more that is being scrutinized when in fact, it is needed if you need to get to the finish line on time. It doesn't happen every single day yet people act as if it does. That is pucification because if you cant take it, you are free to walk. You aren't held in chains in any workplace. Oh but you won't earn anymore money...well then weigh in your pros and cons. After all EVERYONE is getting paid for that crunch, including overtime. At my workplace, if for whatever reason I need to work on a weekend, night time, I get paid double.

Gaming industry is the worst regarding having to employ useless staff, unfit for the job. If you think companies like Apple, MS, Samsung, etc dont have crunch before releasing a brand new product that has to be as perfect as possible, you obviously have no idea how businesses are run. But you will only hear gaming employees bitch and moan as if they arent getting paid overhead for that specific reason. Naughty Dog has over 1000 employees with SONYs budget and newest tech. You dont need 1000 people working on a remaster of TLOU2. Just liek you dont need 200+ green haired officially pronounced non-binary staff. You just need quality staff no mater their gender.

Meanwhile people in regular every day physical jobs crunch 24/7 in the back of a ups truck, or unloading a grocery truck blowing their backs out. I'm not saying that the PS5 is superior to a PC - I just want to see what they can squeeze out of the PS5, and I'm sure it'll be a technically impressive game. Nobody's saying it couldn't look even better if it were released on PC (which probably won't happen based on latest news), but I reckon Intergalactic will set the standard for this generation.

There are no workarounds for the missing features in regards to f.e. dynamic lighting. Consoles can't match PT this gen. All you can do is limit what you do as to not expose too drastically what you can't.
From a tech perspective ND has no chance to top the current best in class multiplats with the hardware available to them.

Maybe the main protagonist starts off with a full head of hair but then has to cut it/shave her head in order to get surgery or maybe treat a wound? The tech is there entirely in gaming to create this sort of scenario whereas your character can get sick, damaged limbs, disease, infection, etc. in "real time". Something more in depth, rather than just taking a potion and then bam, you're healed. Maybe you have to repair your limbs, seek counceling with an AI robot, provide surgery on yourself during an health emergency. Further addition to some of these things is that she DOES have scars on her head..

Why not? I know a couple of girls that have shaved heads also (well, one is fully shaved, the other is mostly shaved with a mohawk) and, no, neither are lesbians. In fact bald/very short hair for people of African descent is a very popular/common hair style.

But they just modelled the character on the voice actress, I wouldn't be surprised if all the game characters look just like the voice actors, hair included

Oh, and just to go against the grain, I wouldn't be surprised if this was Naughty Dogs best game yet. With a combination of game mechanics from Uncharted and Last of Us + all the amazing animation techniques but due to it being a futuristic Sci-fi game so doesn't have to be as grounded in reality as Uncharted or Last of Us, this could be something very special (and also, soundtrack by Reznor and Ross)
