I really like the look of the Navy one, maybe even more than the white. I guess it depends how they look in real life though...

if its like the micro, the lowest setting will be pretty close to the current ds.Sugarman said:What I'd like to know is where does the DS regular brightnes stand with the Lite? So there's four settings, but how many are brighter than the the original?

im annoyed by the gba slot sticking out, but still more annoyed that they didnt go with the micro power switch and volume/brightness rocker button thingy setup. none of this hold for 2 seconds to turn off crap, or setting brightness through the ds setup screen junk.

They did the same shit with the GBA and now they're doing it again with the DS. The fanboys, instead of turning away in disgust, then proceed to embrace Nintendo and love them even more despite the fact that Nintendo has once again screwed them up the ass.
Un-fucking-believable.

ElyrionX said:The revisions to the PS1 and PS2 came near the end of their respective life and they weren't butt-ugly (NDS) or had any major inherent flaw (GBA) in the first place.

You're mistaken, those are features.bummyhead said:The PS1 had a disc drive that was so unreliable it would only work with the system upsaide down after a while....
I'd call that an inherant design flaw. I'd also call the split "dpad" and inherant design flaw, and they still havent fixed that one.

jett said:I've never had to turn over my ps1, and the split d-pad is better than the midget-sized piece of shit found on gamecube controllers.
Beezy said:Gamecube is the only Nintendo system with a bad d-pad and it looks like the fixed that problem on the Revolution. Sony hasn't made any attempt to fix the split pad.
jett said:N64 sez hello.
Beezy said:N64's d-pad was small?
Bebpo said:Now if the system has a super nice screen like the Micro or something that will make all the already released games look way better, that's a different story. But I'm not seeing any indication the screen itself will be any different :\
I was curious about this myself, so...Bebpo said:I'm tempted to get one, but since besides Mana there's absolutely jack shit coming out on the system in the next six months I'd get to use this gorgeous looking sucker for about one week and then never see it again. Doesn't seem worth it for me until the big DS lineup for 2006 gets announced :\
