Me too! And I've actually driven that section between Laramie and Cheyenne many times. It's about a mile away from the National park where it's not like you describe. One of the few places where it actually isn't a flat barren in Wyoming unless you head far west.

But yes, the I-25 is a wasteland. Probably why they built it there.

Far west Wyoming is just as flat and bad. You gotta go North towards the Tetons or south towards the Uintas before anything becomes interesting.

Buford is located between Cheyenne and Laramie in southeast Wyoming. An unidentified Vietnamese man placed the winning bid at auction Thursday.
