This plays out in religious groups, in the business world, anywhere that actual respects it's integrity and its clean reputation. Simply having accusations of even things half as bad as this stuff used to be enough to end your political career, because keeping the sanctity of the office in question USED to be important than the person holding that position.
That meant that on order to bear that responsibility you had to have a refined image, and one worthy of decoration. Would you advertise the most dilapidated house in your neighborhood to potential movers, even if the inside is actually nice?

People give too much credit to Kremlin (especially when they failed to kill that guy in UK or prevent the Nord Stream 2 explosion). Essentially it is no different what all these agencies are doing. Like we have secret services in a lot of countries and they might work together sometimes to deal with certain threats and situation. It is not just Russia or Israel. British MI6 has something like that, Chinese secret services might have some similar (various spies and such). Epstein is not a unique entity and the fact that he was arrested just means that he was written off at that time. But it is pretty clear that there other people like that.

We have a lot of entities on Earth. I guess it is a gateway to other worlds, a trade post. I guess the pure humans are coming from Agartha.
