Stop saying PC Build, unfortunately there is no PC version at all, Tabata confirmed they won't even start developing that until it's released on XB1 and PS4, also after that they'll focus on finish the PS VR thing that another small team is working on before the PC version...
By the way it looks awesome artistically wise, though raw graphics is nothing special, besides the characters and some monster models the rest is average at best, though as i said it has a great artistic style and the usual Final Fantasy feeling on it, so i'm really excited and can't wait to play it. I hope they'll fix the camera during combat and also that the battle system won't be too complicated, i played all the main Final Fantasy so far though i really got old and just want to enjoy the new fantastic world they've built without having to put too much effort on figuring out game mechanics

They're talking the development version, which is running on PC, versus the console version.

XIV probably has the best HUD of any MMO before or since.

I fully expect this thing to run at 15-25fps.

The titan demo has a fuck ton of stuff going on, and it's rock solid 30fps (even on XB1) based on analysis so there's plenty of hope.

They've said performance will be most important, and IMO that's better than pretty IQ.

The PC version is their dev environment from which they derive their console builds.

We had pictures of their offices early on where there were three tabs, one of which was "WIN".

Whether we actually see "the PC version" remains to be seen but considering Tabata has made reference to their own internal PC build repeatedly shows you don't know what you're talking about.

IQ is nowhere near this in motion. Either it's running on a PC here or they're bullshots. Aliasing alone is far better than the demos and those had some serious frame rate issues.

Not really. You may dislike the trendy style, but they aren't horrible designs in any way. Well, other than Gladiolus not having a shirt on, that just looks dumb. I hope they put on some clothes when they get to colder climates, will be somewhat immersion breaking if they just chillax in some snowstorm in t-shirts, shorts & generally light clothing.

Found this video of someone putting together the cgi scenes of both in English and Japanese VA. I'd say the English isn't as bad as I thought. I still prefer Japanese though.

Yeah it's just worrying we're 3 months from release and they're not showing console screenshots on a regular basis yet.

It's just easier to takes screenshots on their PC dev environment instead of having to capture from individual console dev kits. Most other games just do bullshots or from PC version that don't represent their respective console versions so it's nothing new.

The E3 Titan demo press shots are also taken from the PC dev build even though they had nicely running console versions on the floor.

Not a big fan of Gladio's tattos (the symmetry makes it weird), but not having a shirt is fine.

I do agree they should change when they get to cold areas, though. That would be cool.
