No, it contains weapons.I don't understand the monster hunter comparison...do we have to roam maps killing giant bosses only to forge stuff with their teeth and skin?
No, it contains weapons.
We need more songs by Paul McCartney.So..whats the story with Destiny ? Isnt that one of the most popular MP game out there? Could at least learn one or two things from those guys
It is the most successful example in the genre lolInterested and cautiously optimistic, but having Destiny 2 members on board for the loot is not something to brag about.
Destiny 1 was.It is the most successful example in the genre lol
Actually it is.Destiny 1 was.
Destiny 2 isn't.
It's not.If it's the developers from Lords of the Fallen it's a huge pass. Massive stinker.
It maybe has most active players, but that doesn't say much.Actually it is.
I can agree with this statement, Bungie and company are terrible at loot/fresh content.Interested and cautiously optimistic, but having Destiny 2 members on board for the loot is not something to brag about.
Not say much to you.It maybe has most active players, but that doesn't say much.
Their loot-system is still terrible, even though they made some improvements over D1.
In fact, they did a complete reboot on the development of D2 only a year before release (similar to D1).
That's why I'm cautious about Godfall since they got some of the people behind that system, which was the direct result of D2 losing 80% of it's userbase in a very small amount of time. To the point that they had to give away the base game for free to get people interested in Shadowkeep (which did improve lots of things, but bare minimum).
Fundamentally, The Division > Destiny.
But The Division has other problems.
Hopefully Godfall will combine the good aspects of both Destiny and The Division.
Cool, lots of free games have lots of players. Not say much to you.
But it absolutely says the success the game has because over 1 million active players disagree with you.
Fundamentally The Division never touched the finger of Destiny.
Yes and mostly doesn't have the success of >$60 Destiny.Cool, lots of free games have lots of players.
Anyway, as much as I like bickering on Gaf, this thread is about Godfall's loot-system and if they follow D2's loot-system, it's gonna be crap and all you have to do is log in on tuesday evening, play for 2 hours and be done for the rest of the week.Yes and mostly doesn't have the success of >$60 Destiny.
If they follow Destiny 2's loot-system it will be fine if not great.Anyway, as much as I like bickering on Gaf, this thread is about Godfall's loot-system and if they follow D2's loot-system, it's gonna be crap and all you have to do is log in on tuesday evening, play for 2 hours and be done for the rest of the week.

I mean as in Godfall lolDid they? I have not seen Sony involved in advertising for this game at all. Are there tweets or videos from Sony promoting this game?
GodFall is Gearbox's IP.I was talking about Godfall, I think there’s some confusion going on here.
