Speaking of Kojima, do not release this game on September 1st. MGSV will eat it alive, seriously if you want this game to be a success do not go head on head with Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain.

I don't think the combat is going to be like Batman or Mordor:

"Ammo is scarce so when you engage enemies it's mostly hand to hand combat but again you can use shivs along with clubs and other weapons you can disarm of enemies or find laying around. Max isn't Batman so he can't just vault across a room to take people out so evasion along with blocking is needed and some enemies are just too tough to scrap with. For those guys you'll need to either lure them in to traps or simply wait for them to be exhausted."

Can't see the gameplay right now, but even if I like, at this time I will be buying MGSV. Theyre shooting in their own foot with that release date... Its not only a bad season for it (so many games seems to be released near each other in the end of the year), but for sure a really bad month.

It looks good, and I did enjoy the combat in games like Batman and Shadow of Mordor, but I'm a bit tired of that format. I hope it doesn't borrow too much from the flow of those games, especially because combat becomes too passive at a point.

Dude i think you underestimate this series, there is a pretty high chance MGSV is the biggest release of 2015. It's on most top 5 "most wanted game" lists. Where is Mad Max? seriously this game is doomed to bomb if it releases anywhere near this game.

On Sep 1st everyone will be talking about Metal Gear. No one will mention the other game that starts with an M. Hell people won't even know there is a Mad Max game coming out.

I don't think there are that many fans for MGS to be considered the biggest release of 2015. Call of Duty, the new Halo, Fifa 16, all those titles will be fairly bigger cus wider and broader audience.
