Pretty sure thats ingame UE5 stuff. Now it's probably running on beefy PCs but that doesn't mean it's CGI (in the pixar sense) lol some of these games are even out already or in beta

Definitely sure you're wrong. The trailers are 99% CGI and if they show any gameplay portions at all it's like <1s (but we can't really know because they're not released). And in the cases of those released like Ghostrunner etc that's pure CGI, because we can see what the actual game looks like (which is great, but not what they're showing).

from what I noticed, sackboy, the pathless, back4blood, godfall look as they do in game. Never played ghostrunner so can't comment on that one being nonrepresentative of how they look ingame. Nothing really seemed CGI like to me in this trailer
